Refund and Damage Policy
Because every Makers Garments order is custom-printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated to your brand, all sales are final and items are not eligible for return once production has begun. This applies to every product on makersgarments.com.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — at no cost to you. Please contact us at ops@makersgarments.com within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the issue and your order number. We will either reproduce the affected items, send replacements, or issue a full refund for the damaged portion of the order, at our discretion.
Design approvals. We require sign-off on a final design proof before production. Once you approve the proof, the design is locked. Refunds are not available for design or color choices made by the customer after sign-off.
EU 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt — but please note that this right does not apply to goods produced to your specifications, which is every order on makersgarments.com.
